Keeping the Jianghu Fair: A Note to Our Rangers

To all the wanderers exploring the realm: Since the moment we opened the gates for the public beta, the team at Sixteen Lanes has been working tirelessly to monitor the game environment. We are keeping a sharp lookout for the use of third-party auxiliary software. Beyond simply intensifying our review of reported complaints, we have also upgraded our technical defenses to automatically verify anomalous behavior in-game. To protect the fairness and justice of our martial arts world, any account confirmed to be violating the rules will face the full weight of the ban hammer.

Zero Tolerance for Violations

We want to be crystal clear about what crosses the line. Violations include, but are not limited to, the use of hacks, speed accelerators, one-key macros, or any other software that disrupts game balance. This also covers the act of "bus riding"—knowingly teaming up with cheaters to gain an unfair advantage.

For specific competitive scenarios like the "Zhige" (Stop War) gameplay, penalties are strictly enforced based on the severity of the offense. Punishments range from wiping all leaderboard achievements and banning participation in related modes, to temporary or even permanent account suspensions.

In the "Baiye Zhan" (Hundred Industries Battle) scenarios, Sixteen Lanes is also tightening the net. Any trade guild found maliciously using members with hacks to gain profit will face severe repercussions, including but not limited to deduction of win counts, rank demotion, and competition bans.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to striking down other forms of misconduct as they arise. We strongly encourage all Rangers to review the *Yanyun Sixteen Tones Fair Operation Announcement* to stay informed. Netease remains dedicated to providing a thrilling gaming experience, ensuring an orderly environment, and protecting your virtual assets. As we continue to polish the quality of the game, we sincerely hope you will join us in maintaining a harmonious community.

If you encounter any bad actors during your travels, please use the in-game report function to let us know. We take every report seriously, and Sixteen Lanes is constantly optimizing our feedback mechanisms to serve you better. For any other questions or appeals, you can reach out to us through the Customer Service Hall.
