Yesterday evening, the VIP premiere of the film "Let's Go on a Trip" (《放飞旅行团》) took place in Seoul, drawing a crowd of celebrities who came to show their support. Since ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo couldn't attend due to his military service, his close friend Jungkook from BTS made a surprising entrance carrying a life-sized cutout of Cha Eun-woo. This playful move not only made fans laugh but also highlighted the strong bond between the two idols who are part of the famous "97line" group. The film itself is a comedy, joining the ranks of many beloved funny movies like 10 Must-Watch Comedy Films: Non-Stop Laughs That Keep You Coming Back for More.
《放飞旅行团》 tells the story of five best friends who go on their first overseas trip, only to have everything go wrong and turn into a chaotic "disaster journey" filled with laughs. Cha Eun-woo plays Yeon-min, a handsome otaku who dreams of becoming a world-class DJ and is one of the five friends. The VIP premiere was attended by the film's main cast and a host of other stars, but Jungkook's creative appearance with the cutout stole the spotlight.

Cha Eun-woo enlisted in the military this July, taking a break from his acting and singing career. So when Jungkook arrived at the premiere with the cutout, it was both unexpected and heartwarming. He held the cutout's hand to bow and greet the audience, even saluting like a true friend would, and as he left the venue, he gave the cutout a dramatic princess carry that left everyone smiling.
In an interview after the premiere, Jungkook shared his thoughts: "I was really curious about the movie's content and wanted to see my friend Dong-min's (Cha Eun-woo's real name) acting. He told me that while filming, he often thought of the times we hung out together in our early twenties, so I wanted to watch the film to feel that nostalgia. To Dong-min, I hope he stays healthy and has a smooth military service—keep up the good work!"
Besides the main cast including Kang Ha-neul, Kim Young-kwang, Kang Yong-suk, and Han Sun-hwa, other stars present at the premiere included Lee Sung-kyung, Heo Nam-jun, Choi Daniel, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, ASTRO's MJ, Billlie's Su-ya, NS Yoon-ji, and KARA's Kang Ji-young. The film is set to release in Taiwan on November 14, and fans are eagerly waiting to watch this hilarious disaster journey.
